What is the ECO4 Scheme?
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) Scheme is a government initiative designed to make UK homes more energy efficient. It focuses on helping low-income households with poor energy performance improve their insulation and heating systems.

What is a Retrofit Coordinator and Retrofit Assessment?
A Retrofit Assessment is the first step in improving a property’s energy efficiency. It looks at the condition of the home, how it performs, and what upgrades may be suitable under PAS 2035.
A Retrofit Coordinator then manages the whole improvement process, making sure the recommended measures are properly designed, compliant, and delivered to the required standard.

Who Needs an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
